Anthony Suárez,ESQ.

President

President of the Suárez Law Group P.A. Former President of the Puerto Rican Bar Association of Florida Inc. 

An adjunct Professor at Barry University School of Law  since 2001 teaching Legislation and Election Law. A former Military Intelligence Officer. He retired as captain with the 351 Psycological Operations Company in NYC.

He served as Legal councel to the NY State Assembly Puerto Rican / Hispanic Legislative caucus in 1998 honing skills as elections lawyer in NY.

In Florida, he was elected to the Florida House of Representatives in 1999 after having serviced two terms with the judicial nominating  commission for the 18th judicial distric appointed by GOV. Lawton Chiles and reappointed by GOV.  Jeb Bush.

​

While in the legislature representative Suárez vote for the creation of Florida A&M School of Law in 2000.

Admitted to the State of New York and Florida as well as to several federal district courts around the nation. He has litigated several high profile criminal matters.  Appointed a United States delegate to the  Guatemala peach accords in 1996 by President Bill Clinton.

Suárez is known radio and television personality hosting his own radio show since 2001 and being an invite political commentator on several local stations.

  • Honored Cotizen by City of Orlando awarded by City  Council Women  Daysi Lynum 1999

  • Distinguush Floridian  Award, Congressman Bill Posey 2015

Currently owner and operator of the Suárez Group: Suárez Realty, Suárez Mortgage Services and Suárez Law Group.

Chairperson and CEO of the Legal Services Clinic of the Puerto Rican  Bar Association, Inc. a non-Profit legal services law firm.
